I'm currently working with a well-regarded real estate agency that's on the lookout for a capable and experienced Office Administrator to join their team.
What They're Looking For: They're seeking someone with at least 2 years of real estate experience, who can hit the ground running and bring energy and efficiency to the role. You'll need to be confident juggling multiple tasks, have a professional phone manner, and be comfortable managing everything from reception to marketing, contracts, and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling front desk/reception duties: calls, emails, client greetings, appointment scheduling
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and upkeep
- Supporting basic marketing tasks: creating property flyers, social media posts, assisting with listings
- Creating and processing contracts and forms related to sales and leasing
- Providing administrative support to sales agents and management
- Maintaining internal systems, databases, and ensuring all documentation is current and accurate
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a real estate admin or office support role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Great with systems – ideally experience with real estate CRMs like AgentBox, Console, or PropertyMe
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Professionally presented, reliable, and proactive
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential due to location flexibility)
