Broken Hill Times is part of ENG Media, a regional based media company dedicated to delivering local news to local people and advertising solutions to local businesses. Our mission is to help local businesses thrive by connecting them with their target audiences through effective advertising strategies. We are looking for a motivated and talented Advertising Sales Executive to join our team in Broken Hill on a permanent (part-time) basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients.
Conduct consultative sales meetings with clients to understand their advertising needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Oversee the implementation of advertising campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly in print and online.
Qualifications:
Business to business sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts.
Familiarity with the Broken Hill area and local businesses is a plus.
