Precision Sourcing are proudly partnered with a close client of ours, who are currently looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with extensive experience in UKG to play a pivotal role in optimising, integrating, and supporting the organisation's workforce management systems.
This role is critical in ensuring UKG continues to deliver value to the business while effectively engaging with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Configuration & Optimisation:
* Maintain, update, and enhance existing UKG system structures (e.g., cost centres, pay scales, workflows, etc).
* Ensure configuration aligns with business requirements and supports workforce efficiency.
* Focus on system optimisation rather than building from scratch.
* Integration Expertise:
* Lead UKG integration activities with other systems and platforms.
* Resolve ongoing issues related to data flow, reporting, and system connectivity.
* Partner with technical teams to deliver robust integration solutions.
* Scheduling & Workforce Management:
* Understanding of scheduling.
* Analyse scheduling issues and implement improvements to support operational needs.
* Stakeholder Management:
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (including senior business leaders).
* Effectively manage expectations and navigate challenging stakeholder dynamics.
* Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business teams, bridging communication gaps.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Identify and deliver enhancements to system performance, user experience, and business outcomes.
* Proactively recommend process and configuration changes to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
* Demonstratable experience working with UKG, with proven expertise in configuration, integrations, and scheduling.
* Strong background in systems analysis and business requirements gathering.
* Demonstrated success in managing challenging stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple priorities.
