Join us in delivering compassionate aged and community care by:
* Proactively recruiting and onboarding qualified carers, enrolled and registered nurses, and community support workers—ensuring timely, compliant placements in residential and in-home settings.
* Working closely with recruitment operations to convert candidates into active team members and respond swiftly to client staffing needs.
* Managing recruitment processes, compliance checks, and performance targets to drive sustainable workforce growth and retention.
✅ Position Details
* Full-time hybrid role (up to 2 days WFH) – near Park Road Station
* Monday–Friday hours; supportive team environment, with training and bonus incentives
What We’re Looking For
* Experience recruiting for aged, residential, or community care settings (highly regarded but not essential)
* Proven ability to recruit and onboard compliant, quality staff quickly
* Positive, proactive approach and resilience in a fast-paced environment
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Background in high-volume recruitment, commercial call centre, sales, or similar settings
