About the Role
We seek a dedicated Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Specialist to contribute to the growth and capability of our workforce. As a key partner, you'll drive impactful talent acquisition and development initiatives, from needs analysis and program design to delivery and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of talent acquisition and development initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation.
* Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver targeted, high-impact talent solutions.
* Support the development and execution of our annual training program, ensuring it aligns with strategic workforce objectives.
* Ensure timely and effective coordination of mandatory compliance training across the organization.
Requirements
* Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
* Design and deliver effective learning programs using contemporary learning principles and practices.
