About the Company
Hoppt Australia is the exclusive distributor of HOPPT construction equipment across Australia and Oceania. Since 2013, we've been supplying reliable machines to builders and contractors across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific.
Our product range includes compactors, tamping rammers, rollers, walk-behind trowels, concrete vibrators, and related equipment. We focus on practical solutions, long-term relationships, and steady growth.
We are now looking for a Sales Representative to manage and grow our Queensland territory.

About the Role
This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships and growing accounts. You will spend most of your time visiting distributors, understanding their needs, and helping them to grow their business with Hoppt.
You will have ownership of the QLD territory, with support from head office. If you are organised, reliable, and comfortable talking to people in shops and on job sites, this role will suit you.

Key Responsibilities
* Visit distributors and tradesperson across Queensland
* Maintain and grow existing accounts
* Develop new business through regular site visits and follow-ups
* Work towards agreed sales targets
* Keep CRM records and sales activity up to date
* Attend product training, trade events, and roadshows
* Travel within QLD and occasionally interstate

About You
* At least 1 year of sales experience (construction, equipment, or trade industry preferred)
* Comfortable dealing with distributors and tradesperson
* Practical, approachable communication style
* Well organised and able to manage your own schedule
* Motivated to build long-term customer relationships
* Professional, reliable, and accountable
* Basic computer skills and CRM experience
* Current Australian driver's licence
