Job Description
We are seeking a talented Undergraduate Mechanical Engineering Student to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
As a student in this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, supporting technical planning and sustainability projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting facilities centre management technical specialists in planning, designing, and coordinating mechanical and electrical services infrastructure.
* Participating in projects focused on enhancing sustainability and improving efficiency.
* Analyzing process data for optimal performance and efficiency of mechanical services infrastructure.
* Preparing risk assessments and mitigation plans for critical plant and equipment.
* Updating CAD files and documents related to buildings, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.
* Assisting in designing and scoping infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Be enrolled in and have completed at least 2 years of a Mechanical Undergraduate degree.
* Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Possess effective communication skills, with a focus on customer and stakeholder relationships.
* Exhibit excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and work well in a team.
* Be able to interact with multiple stakeholders and work effectively individually.
* Have a strong interest in innovation and combining studies with on-the-job learning.
