* Support stock control, promotions, repairs, lay-bys, and point-of-sale transactions
* Process Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect, Ship from Store, Virtual Appointments) efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols at all times
Requirements:
* Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
* High personal presentation and professional attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous retail or administration experience (a plus)
