Michael Page have partnered with an Australian construction company to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee the finance function for one of their group entities.
Client Details
A proud Australian business, our client is a leading construction group, with multiple entities. Due to company growth, the team is looking to strengthen its finance function with this newly created position.
Description
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be the 'go-to' person for all finance matters.
Responsibilities
Financial management & reporting - owning the company's full set of accounts
Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts and budgets
Manage payroll
Tax duties - ensure compliance with BAS, GST, PAYG, Payroll Tax
Maintain internal controls
Manage cash flow and working capital
Leading 1 staff member
Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
CA/CPA Qualified
Netsuite system experience (desired)
Relevant experience working in a similar Finance Manager role within commercial
Audit/Business Services training (desired)
Prior people leadership
