- About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Professional that can demonstrate experience with the following:- Providing advice and support to managers on managing staffing and performance matters;-
- Managing complex employee relations matters;-
- Undertaking workplace investigations;-
- Advising management on best Human Resources best practice and organisation policy and procedures;-
- Working collaboratively within the People and Culture team so as to provide a seamless employee experience- This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.About you:A passion for providing an expert and professional Employee Relations service-
- Comfortable working at pace, handling multiple cases at a time-
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Employee Relations/Industrial Relations or employment law (desirable)-
- Extensive experience providing advice and support to managers in an ER/HR capacity-
- Excellent communication skills-
- Able to multi-task, prioritise workload and align to business needs-
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and partner with key internal stakeholders-
- Understanding of best practice processes and current relevant legislation-
- Solutions focused with a strong customer orientation-
