Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Site Manager based in Perth, WA. The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, managing site staff, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining project documentation. The role also involves problem-solving to address any issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications
- Experience in Site Management, Project Coordination, and Construction Management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related fields
- Experience with eco and energy-efficient building practices is a plus
- A valid driver's license
