Change and Communication Expert
Drive organizational change and manage effective communication to stakeholders. As a Change and Communication Expert, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of new initiatives and programs.
* Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support successful program execution.
* Lead communication planning and execution to ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships with educators, administrators, and external partners.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate changes and ensure effective communication.
* Develop and deliver training to help stakeholders understand and embrace changes.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or experience equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in change management.
* Proven ability to lead complex change management projects from conception to successful implementation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
* Excellent digital literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office 365 productivity suites.
