Atom Resources are working alongside a residential joinery company based in Greater Western Sydney, specialising in high-end, custom-built joinery. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Cabinet Maker to join our skilled workshop team.
About the Role
This role is suited to a tradesperson who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and has extensive experience delivering premium residential joinery projects. You will be involved in the manufacture of bespoke cabinetry and detailed joinery from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture and assemble high-end residential joinery to exacting standards
* Read and interpret detailed architectural and shop drawings
* Work with a wide range of materials including solid timber, veneers, laminates, and specialty finishes
* Apply advanced cabinet-making techniques and attention to fine detail
* Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and design requirements
* Mentor apprentices and junior cabinet makers where required
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in high-end residential joinery or cabinet making
* Trade-qualified cabinet maker (preferred)
* Proven ability to read and work from detailed plans and drawings
* Experience working with a wide range of materials and construction techniques
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
