Clinical Research Associate
This is a part-time role that requires coordinating and managing clinical research initiatives.
The successful candidate will act as a liaison between investigators, sponsors, vendors, and participants. They will also coordinate and manage clinical trial activities from initiation to completion, schedule study visits, oversee recruitment, screening, and enrolment of study participants, collect and analyse data, ensure data integrity, and perform venipuncture and collect blood samples.
A Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent healthcare qualification with at least two years of post-graduate clinical experience is required. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is necessary.
A background in clinical trials is beneficial but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective time management, planning, and organisational skills are crucial for this role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic data capture databases is also required.
