The day to day for this role will include the following:
- **Support of staff using MacOS hardware running: Kandji (MDM), Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Workplace, Gitlab, Jira, ZenDesk.** 
- **Remote support of clients on a range of technologies that include: Linux & Windows based NUCs, System on chip LED screens, analytics sensors, Mikrotik routers.** 
- **Remote support of clients running a range of content management systems, online portals and dashboards.** 
- **Administering cloud based platforms hosted on AWS.** 
- **Ensure the ongoing operation of our QNAP file server system, VPN service and data backups.** 
- **Set up of hardware for instore installations & basic project management** 
- **Scheduling and review of digital content for our clients.** 
- **Testing & upgrading new hardware and software solutions to further our client offerings** 
- **Liaising with our third party suppliers**
**Requirements**:
- **High level aptitude in the use of our software, processes and backend systems** 
- **Studied or studying a relevant information technology qualification** 
- **Experience in customer support and IT** 
- **Knowledge of terminal use** 
- **Great customer service skills**

**Salary**: $52,657.86 - $60,000.00 per year
