About Your New Employer
West Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a multi-billion dollar global organisation who are looking for an EDI Support Specialist to join their growing IT team, currently 25+ people. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and resolving Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems. You will ensure data integrity, compliance, and seamless communication across systems.
About Your New Role
* Your role will involve processing invoices and credit notes via the EDI platform to ensure accurate and timely input of customer and supplier invoices.
* Monitor and support daily EDI transmissions
* Troubleshoot and resolve EDI related issues with internal teams and external partners.
* Identify and investigate invoices that could not be processed.
* Assist when required with EDI onboarding and testing with new partners.
* Create and maintain documentation of EDI processes, maps and configuration.
* Collaborate with internal teams and trading partners to ensure smooth and accurate data flow.
* Ensure compliance with partner requirements and industry standards.
* Work with EDI Partners (e.g. B2Be, SAP, Coupa etc.) and ERP systems such as Unix, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite etc).
About You
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.
* Understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and transaction sets.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with ERP systems integration.
* Prior work with EDI platforms such as B2Be, SAP Business Networks and Coupa
