Civil Construction Project Manager
The role of a civil construction project manager is to oversee and manage the execution of civil projects from start to finish. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and project teams, to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
* Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, drawings, and codes.
* Implement and monitor safe work practices in line with regulations and safety plans.
* Inspect and verify civil works to ensure quality, workmanship, and materials meet project specifications.
* Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and representatives to coordinate works, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication.
* Monitor construction progress against schedules, identify risks or delays, and provide accurate reporting and documentation to the project team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience managing civil construction projects, strong knowledge of civil construction methods, standards, and safety practices, and good leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors.
