Who you are We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are EITHER a registered
patent attorney
in Australia OR a
trainee
patent attorney/technical assistant nearing qualification;
have
minimum 1 year
practical
patents experience OR MORE (up to
senior associate
level) with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in-house in Australia/overseas;
have a degree (or higher preferably a PHD) in
ENGINEERING
(eg
mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, biomedical, automotive etc ) OR
SCIENCE (eg physics, earth science) ;
have solid experience in
drafting/prosecuting
patents relating to an y engineering,physics and/or mining
fields.
