As a key support role within the Student Recruitment team, this position provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure prospective students receive timely, accurate and helpful information throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.
Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and accurate administrative support across multiple university partners
* Manage shared inboxes and respond to SMS campaigns to maintain consistent communication with prospective students
* Assist with outreach to leads who have paused or disengaged to encourage re-engagement
* Support the enrolment team with call tasks, chat inquiries, and lead follow-up
* Ensure student data is accurately maintained in internal systems and CRMs
Requirements:
