Advise across a broad range of ESG and climate change matters, working collaboratively with a variety of practice groups in a mix of jurisdictions.
Support blue chip clients on climate change, biodiversity, sustainability, energy transition and other ESG matters, pivotal factors in corporate strategy, growth, and meeting the standards of shareholders, investors and employees alike.
- Top Tier Client – Chambers & Legal500 highly ranked team looking for an E&P; lawyer with 2-4 years PQE. You will have the opportunity to work across planning appeals, planning scheme amendments (including PSPs and ICPs), major project approvals (including Commonwealth and State environmental impact assessment), environmental due diligence in property and business transactions and advice and representation in environmental regulatory and compliance matters.
- Mid Tier Client – Leading national mid-tier looking for a Senior Associate to Special Counsel level lawyer to join their strategic planning and environment team.
The team provides advocacy and advice to clients, including government and business.
This firm has an enviable culture and this is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a collegiate team.
- Boutique Client - Specialist Property and Planning firm is looking for further planning lawyers at around to 3-6PQE level to join its Chambers ranked Planning and Environment practice
