Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing online stores, digital advertising, customer lifecycle marketing, and wholesale communication streams.




Key Responsibilities



* Manage and optimize multiple Shopify DTC storefronts across regions.

* Support and improve the B2B/wholesale portal, dealer ordering experience, and product visibility.

* Manage product setup, inventory presentation, collections, and merchandising for both retail consumers and trade partners.

* Conduct regular store audits to improve UX, speed, navigation, and conversion for all customer groups.

* Implement A/B testing and CRO initiatives.

* Handle timely DTC and B2B fulfillment.





Digital Advertising


As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, building, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for DTC and managing and scaling Google Ads across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.




Email & Lifecycle Marketing (DTC & B2B)


You will build and manage Klaviyo flows and campaigns, create segmentation for retail customers, ambassadors, partners, and wholesale accounts, develop content calendars and automated journeys, analyze performance, and optimize for engagement and revenue.




Account & Stakeholder Management


As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will liaise with internal teams, distributors, and retail partners, coordinate marketing materials, product updates, and dealer communications, and support alignment between DTC and B2B priorities.




Content, Copywriting & Communication


You will maintain consistent brand tone across consumer and trade touchpoints, assist in creation of sales collateral and educational content, and ensure that all marketing materials align with our brand values.




Required Skills & Experience


We are looking for a candidate with 3-5+ years' experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, strong experience with Shopify DTC and B2B environments, proven ability with Meta Ads and Google Ads, advanced Klaviyo experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytics capability, and high-level organization skills.
