This Government organisation in Geelong requires an experienced Recruiter to assist the Technology team.
**Your new role**
The Workforce Coordinator is a team membership position responsible for resolving recruitment issues and providing advice and support to the team in relation to workforce coordination and recruitment.
**Responsibilities will include;**
- Support the division with Recruitment and Lahour Hire Worker procurement
- Identifying and prioritising business demands through co-coordinating, monitoring and collating data for workforce planning
- Compliance related activities
**What you’ll need to succeed**
As this role is with a Federal Government Agency, applicants are required to hold Australian Citizenship.
You will have demonstrated experience working in a complex recruiting environment, be agile and able to provide high-level advice on a range of complex activities.
**What you’ll get in return**
This role is initially for 12 months (possibility for extension), pays $60.26 p/hr + super and offers hybrid work set up.
