About the role :
* Answer and re-direct calls on a busy switchboard
* Prepare and complete patient paperwork
* Maintain accurate and effective record management systems
* Liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff from other departments
* Support the Administration Team Leader and Administration Manager
* Complete other clerical tasks as required
* Ability to work all shifts over a 7 day roster
