Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that plays a critical part in the successful delivery of major mining and construction projects across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation of personnel from offer stage through to onboarding and site commencement
* Manage and track compliance requirements, including medicals, inductions, training, and site-specific documentation
* Liaise with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to meet mobilisation timelines and project demands
* Maintain recruitment databases, workforce records, and mobilisation systems
* Manage rosters, scheduling, workforce planning activities
* Coordinate flights, ground transport ,and accommodation logistics
About You
You are an experienced professional who thrives in high-volume environments with multiple priorities to manage .
You have a strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
