We are currently seeking individuals to take on the role of accommodation maintenance specialists. As an experienced cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in our properties.
Our main warehouse is located in Bundall, just a short drive from Surfers Paradise. We provide all necessary equipment and offer flexible working hours.
Your key responsibilities as an accommodation maintenance specialist will include thorough cleaning and sanitization of our properties after each guest check-out. This will involve ensuring that all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms meet our strict cleanliness standards.
You must adhere to all safety protocols and established cleaning procedures at all times. Additionally, you will need to restock supplies and report any maintenance needs to the relevant teams.
To be successful in this role, you will require experience in either Airbnb cleaning or housekeeping. A current driver's license and reliable transportation are also essential, as is a strong attention to detail and a friendly personality.
Average earnings for this position range from $1,000 to $1,500 per week, paid on a pay-per-job basis. Most cleans typically take around 2 hours to complete, with flexible rosters available.
