Wagga Wagga City Council is seeking a motivated Gardener for Sports Turf Maintenance with a genuine interest in garden and landscape care.
The role is active, hands-on and requires working outdoors.
Responsibilities
* Undertake gardening duties such as establishment and maintenance of gardens and lawns; planting; pruning; hedging; mowing; tree maintenance; weeding; irrigation; soil and sediment control; rehabilitation works; chemical application; pest/disease control; maintenance of facilities; rubbish removal; traffic/pedestrian management; fencing; concreting; paving; and site safety and security.
* Operate and maintain items of plant, equipment and tools.
* Respond to customer service requests as required.
