 
        
        Site Manager - Tomago, NSW (2 Year Contract) BESS

The role of the Site Manager is to lead the construction of BESS Projects to achieve successful completion meeting or exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders. The Site Manager is responsible for achieving on-time and on-budget delivery, reducing project risks, avoiding incidents or accidents, and proactively working on-site on one or more projects. 
Responsibilities: 
Provide leadership and guidance in construction planning to the site team, interfacing and working with the project site teams to minimize risk and maximize business performance. 
Co-ordinate all on-site construction activities related to BESS installation, including planning; Site mobilisation; Bulk earthworks; Detailed Civil works; Inground earthing; Mechanical Installation of equipment and electrical cabling works and pre-commissioning works and punch list close-out. 
Work closely with the FLUENCE Project Manager and provide daily feedback on Construction progress and weekly reports. 
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental standards and procedures. 
Actively lead the site teams to promote and develop a strong Health and Safety culture from project conception to final completion. 
Experience & Qualifications: 
Experience managing similar High Voltage Electrical Projects in excess $200million. 
Previous BESS experience or Power station, Switchyard, or Transmission Line projects connecting to Australian grid. 
Proven experience working with Tier 1 organisations is essential, with prior exposure to AGL projects considered an advantage. 
Proficient in MS Office applications including, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other basic computer skills. 
Excellent Proficient verbal and written communication skills are required for this role.
