What You Will Be Doing
This is a dynamic, hybrid role where you will become the operational backbone of our digital fulfillment process.
You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth, streamlined outcome for every customer order.
Your key responsibilities include:
Order Flow Management: Monitor and maintain the logic for order routing across our business systems.
Fulfillment Facilitation: Identify and resolve fulfillment issues, collaborating with partners to keep orders moving seamlessly.
Risk & Security: Administer fraud monitoring systems and act as the first line of defence, escalating fraud issues to relevant authorities.
Operational Oversight: Monitor freight charges and logistics data to pinpoint inconsistencies, contributing to efficiency improvements in fulfillment.
3rd Party Partnership Support: Provide essential business support and administration for 3rd party fulfillment and operational partners.
Process Excellence: Champion robust administrative and support system-based processes to maintain operational integrity.
