Responsibilities
* Act as the link betweenarchitects, engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
* Ensure design intent aligns withproject scope, budget, and timeline.
* Facilitate designreviews, approvals, and value engineering.
* Manageregulatory compliance, includingAustralian Standards, and local council requirements.
* Coordinate and managedesign documentationthroughout the project lifecycle.
* Support tendering and procurement by reviewing design elements.
* Work with the construction team toresolve design issueson-site
Your background
* Bachelor's degreein a relevant discipline,such as construction management,architecture,design.
* Main Contractor Building experience with a commercial or Industrial builder is a must
* Experience working on complex and challenging projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
