JOB DESCRIPTION The AI Center of Excellence is a team of highly experienced Product Managers, designers, developers, data scientists and analysts who are responsible for delivering digital products and AI solutions to PwC's business in Australia.
We partner with subject matter experts across the business to advise on, design and develop technology-enabled solutions that help to transform the way we deliver assurance, advisory, tax and legal services to our clients.Our Product Managers are responsible for designing and developing new digital products and AI solutions for PwC's firmwide business and our clients.On a day-to-day basis you will be:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define product specifications.Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignmentwith firm strategy, business objectives and stakeholder needs.Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities.Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.Managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.Managing opportunity funnels, prioritising based on needs and business impact.Overseeing feature intake processes, ensuring that feedback is effectively captured and prioritised.Participating in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Coaching and mentoring junior product managers.About youApplicants must be able to demonstrate the following key capabilities and behaviours:Strong experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.Excellent understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond.Ability to gather and prioritise product requirements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure product success.Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimise product features and user experiences.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, including developers, designers, change managers and business leaders.Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions.Experience with agile methodologies and working in agile development environments.Proficiency in using product management tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Trello, Lucid or similar.Experience in designing and optimising user onboarding experiences to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.Ability to manage client opportunity funnels, identifying and prioritising opportunities based on client needs and business impact.Experience in managing feature intake processes from clients, ensuring that client feedback is effectively captured and prioritised.Ideally, you will also have:Experience with AI and machine learning products and understanding their potential impact on user experiences.Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights and inform product decisions.Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Understanding of observability standards and frameworks such as OpenTelemetry.Knowledge of prompt engineering and its application in AI-driven products.A solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.We'll give you a career-boosting role that:Helps you learn and grow with our cyber academy, and study support.Has competitive and transparent salary packages with the opportunity for yearly bonuses and promotionsIs strong on growth and rewardProvides strong mentors, meaningful work and plenty of networking opportunities Gives you the chance to explore, with overseas secondments and our Together Anywhere policy that lets you work up to 4 weeks from anywhere in AustraliaHelps you prioritise your life outside of work, with lifestyle and wellness stipends up to $500 a yearWe're an inclusive bunch, and we try to make life easier - for our clients, our teams and our communities.
