This is a rare opportunity for a senior HR leader to operate at enterprise scale within a complex, seasonal and operationally critical environment—where the people strategy is central to our guest experience, business performance and growth. Reporting to the
VP, Human Resources – Enterprise
based in North America, you will work as a strategic partner to Resort General Managers and senior leaders, shaping leadership capability, workforce strategy and culture across Australia.
The role is ideally based in
Jindabyne
, with remote work available for candidates based in
Canberra, New South Wales
or
Victoria
, with the expectation of regular travel to all three resorts. Success in this role is built on strong relationships and visible leadership, balanced with autonomy in how you deliver at a strategic level.

What You'll Lead
* Development and execution of an end-to-end Australian HR strategy aligned to enterprise priorities
* Leadership, development and succession of the Australian HR leadership team
* Workforce planning and talent strategies for a large-scale, seasonal operating model
* Employee and industrial relations, including enterprise bargaining and award frameworks
* Total rewards, labour optimisation and people analytics to drive engagement and performance
* Organisational design, change leadership and operating model evolution
* Strong HR governance, compliance, safety leadership and budget accountability
What You'll Bring
* Extensive senior HR leadership experience within large, complex, multi-site organisations
* Deep expertise in ER/IR, including enterprise bargaining and stakeholder engagement
* A strong track record leading transformation, change management and organisational design
* Commercial acumen with the ability to translate people strategy into business outcomes
* Executive presence, credibility and a values-led, dynamic leadership approach
* Experience in seasonal industries such as tourism, hospitality or leisure (highly regarded)
