About the opportunity
This position contributes to patient care by providing administrative and clinical assistance to Allied Health professionals (AHP) in their day-to-day clinical duties. Works under the supervision and direction of the AHP and undertakes only those clinical tasks delegated to them.
It is a temporary full-time position, commencing 22/06/2026 - 31/03/2027.
Role Requirements
* Certificate IV – Allied Health Assistant is regarded as well, but not mandatory. Evidence of any qualifications must be provided prior to the commencement of duties.
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Required immunisations: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary range: $2624.50 - $2759.10 per fortnight (CA3)
* 4 weeks annual leave pro rata with 17.5% loading
* Locality allowance
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
* Salary sacrificing options may be available.
