Facility Cleaner & Maintenance Officer

Opportunity
* Opportunity to join the dynamic team at one of Australia's landmark facilities.
* Providing effective caretaking and/or cleaning of AELEC facilities and venue.
* Operating a range of plant and equipment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide cleaning services to a high professional standard for all activities and events across AELEC as directed, ensuring user needs are met.
* Open and close venues as required for client entry or cleaning services.
* Assist with minor repairs and maintenance where required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or similar, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Valid driver licence.
SALES RANGE & BENEFITS
Salary range: Grade 6 – $1,113.60 to $1,205.00 per week, plus additional penalty rates for weekend work and 12% superannuation for a 38‐hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and value.
Hours of work shall be a spread of hours not exceeding 152 hours in any four‐week period.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
