Are you a service-driven Technology Trainer who enjoys empowering professionals to get the most out of their systems and software?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technology Trainer to join the Perth office of a highly respected national corporate law firm. This role sits within the Corporate Services team and plays a critical part in supporting lawyers and staff across the business.
This position can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis and would suit someone who enjoys delivering engaging training, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting system improvements within a professional services environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technology training and support across the firm, including:
* Facilitating instructor-led classroom training sessions for groups and individuals
* Providing one-on-one technology support both in person and via phone
* Assisting staff with troubleshooting and problem-solving across a range of systems
* Training users across applications including Outlook, CMS, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Delivering advanced Microsoft Office training (including formatting, cross-referencing, styles, and template creation)
* Supporting new system implementations and process rollouts
* Writing and updating training manuals and user guides
* Reviewing and documenting enquiries and solutions for inclusion in FAQs
* Ensuring timely resolution and responsiveness to staff queries
About You:
* Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced Word functions)
* Experience delivering training in a professional services or corporate environment
* The ability to train both groups and individuals with confidence and clarity
* Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive mindset
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A customer service–focused approach
* Experience within a similar training role (highly regarded)
* An understanding of professional services or the legal sector (advantageous but not essential)
