We are seeking a Coordinator Support on a fixed term basis until 30 June 2027 About the Role: The Coordinator Support reports to the Head of People Services (PS) and the Head of Health Safety Wellbeing and Systems (HSWBS) and has an important role in supporting the two teams, with coordination responsibilities across the areas of health and safety, wellbeing, employee relations, people partnering and recruitment. Customer-focus, coupled with a passion for learning and growth, the co-ordinator will contribute to building a high-performance culture at BPC. What we are looking for: Experience providing high-level administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Sound understanding of People and Capability topics, with a genuine interest in HR. Exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrate problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, contribute ideas, and support practical solutions. About the BPC The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's new regulator for building and plumbing. It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation. Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance.
