Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Hospitality Workers to join our dynamic team. This role supports operations across the Casino, restaurants, bars, hotel, and the Alice Springs Convention Centre.
About the Role
* Provide friendly, professional customer service
* Support food & beverage, front-of-house, and guest service operations
* Greet guests and share information about our venues and services
* Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented areas
* Assist with venue setup, clearing, restocking, and general service tasks
* Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous hospitality experience (preferred)
* Certificate II or III in Hospitality (advantageous)
* Completion of compulsory secondary education
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude, reliability, and cultural awareness
* Flexible, team-focused, and willing to learn
