About The Role
As a Partner Growth Manager on our Partner Services Team, you will manage key relationships with enterprise and mid-market partners, identifying revenue growth opportunities and coordinating internal and external teams to implement changes.
You should have a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, with experience in product launches, regional expansion, or new lines of business. Collaboration with Client Solution Engineers, Product Management, Data Scientists, and Designers will be essential to meet growth targets.
This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid work model: in-office collaboration on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, with flexibility and one wellness day per month.
Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to grow insurance revenue with partners.
Collaborate on optimizing user experience and creating new insurance offerings.
Work with data teams to analyze trends and optimize pricing and UI.
Evaluate best practices and suggest adoption strategies.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior partners to present growth ideas.
Design integration solutions in collaboration with partners.
Build trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Monitor data, analyze, forecast, and advise partners accordingly.

Skills & Experience

4-6 years of experience with a passion for growth hacking techniques.
Deep understanding of optimization strategies, including conversion and price optimization, A/B testing.
Experience in client or partner-facing roles, working with executives and founders.
Background in high-growth B2B2C firms, sales, and account management.
Data analysis experience is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
Experience in fast-growing tech or financial services organizations.
Proven ability to manage partners and drive shared growth initiatives.
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for improving systems and feedback loops.
Ability to tell stories with data and convince stakeholders.
