My Holistic Care has provided in‐home care, support and nursing services for nearly 6 years. We deliver services for people through the NDIS (disability support) and My Aged Care (Home Care Packages). We work across Metro Melbourne, Greater Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula.

Responsibilities
* Provide personal hygiene support such as bathing, dressing and grooming
* Assist with cooking and nutritional guidance
* Transport clients as required
* Perform light housekeeping services and laundry
* Offer medication reminders
* Provide exercise and physical assistance
* Engage clients in conversation, companionship and mental stimulation

Job Requirements
* Passionate about providing care for elders
* Good command of English and confident in engaging the client in activities and conversation
* Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
* Current police clearance
* Current valid driving licence
* Own reliable, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Smart mobile phone and internet access
