**QuickTurn Hospitality Services** is seeking an experienced and motivated **Hotel / Duty Manager** to join our Clients at NSW, regional - Tweed Heads. This role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of hotel operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and smooth day-to-day management.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee **reservations, reception, room service, and housekeeping** operations.
- Supervise **property maintenance, security, and garden upkeep**.
- Plan and manage **bar, restaurant, functions, and conference activities**.
- Ensure compliance with **licensing, OH&S;, and other relevant regulations**.
- Monitor **guest satisfaction** and implement service improvements.
- Manage **accounting, budgets, and purchasing activities**.
- Represent the hotel with **guests, suppliers, and industry stakeholders**.
**Experience & Requirements**
- Diploma or higher qualification in **Hospitality Management**.
- Minimum **1 year of relevant hotel or hospitality management experience**.
- Proven ability to **lead, supervise, and roster staff**.
- Strong **financial management skills**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Familiarity with **hotel property management systems** (preferred).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
