About the Role:
The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the School of Nursing and Midwifery. They will oversee administrative processes, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with university policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate administrative staff to achieve efficient school operations.
* Lead and mentor team members to enhance service standards and develop their skills.
* Coordinate event logistics, ensuring smooth execution and timelines are met.
* Review and implement enhancements in school processes and policies, aligning with best practices.
* Provide high-quality administrative support to the school administration team.
* Compile reports, data summaries and other materials as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Possession of a degree qualification with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
* Demonstrated administrative capability within a tertiary environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
* Operational, organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple priorities.
* High level proficiency in software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite and timetabling programs.
