* Main Responsibilities:
* • Provide top-notch support to client-facing staff within the Tax division.
* • Ensure seamless experiences through efficient administration of client engagements.
* • Manage physical correspondence, maintain compliance standards, and ensure confidentiality.
* • Prepare engagement letters, reports, and documentation, and manage data integrity in SAP.
* • Draft and raise bills, manage client debtors, and utilize risk management systems and accounting software.
* • Meet performance KPIs and SLAs by working closely with clients and internal teams.
