We specialise in AI-powered platforms and digital systems that solve real-world problems across industries. We're now looking for a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our creative and technical team, helping us deliver intuitive, high-impact web experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and develop visually compelling websites and web interfaces aligned with client goals and brand guidelines Focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, ensuring intuitive navigation, responsive layouts, and accessibility Prepare web content and layouts using a combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and graphic assets
Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and responsive page designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Collaborate closely with front-end developers, content strategists, and UX researchers to bring designs to life Ensure websites follow best practices in accessibility (e.g. WCAG compliance), SEO optimisation, and mobile-first design
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine web experiences Update and maintain existing web pages with design enhancements and performance improvements Work with digital media assets (e.g. video, imagery, animations) and integrate them into dynamic page structures
Keep current with emerging trends in digital design, usability, and web technologies Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive and accessible web projects Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development collaboration practices
Experience working within agile development teams or project-based environments Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, mobile-first principles, and UI/UX fundamentals Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt designs to diverse audiences and use cases Eligibility: Permanent Residents (PR) and Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.
