Responsibilities
* Driving and succeeding in sales and KPI results
* Supporting the Boutique Manager with training and developing our team
* Always provide exceptional customer service
* Greeting all visitors to the boutique
* Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard
* Operational running of the boutique day to day
* Oversee all aspects of the running of the boutique
Qualifications
* Previous experience in leadership or supervising a boutique
* Previous experience in Customer Service and sales
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Demonstrated skill in delivering results
