Essential Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience cooking in an à la carte restaurant environment.
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality seasonal dishes.
* Assisting senior chefs in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
* Preparing fish and seafood.
* Maintaining clean and compliant stations with strict food safety standards.
* Assisting with managing food hygiene practices.
* Maintaining a calm demeanor while working efficiently.
* Accountability and self-motivation.
* Great personal presentation and maintaining a clean workspace (open kitchen).
* Confidently working both in a team environment and unsupervised.
* Availability on specified days (Thursday-Sunday during winter, Wednesday-Sunday during summer).
* Legal eligibility to work in Australia.
