Care Services Manager Job Description
We are seeking a Care Services Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care services. Our relationship-based care model focuses on building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and communities.
Reporting to the Residential Service Manager, this role requires strong clinical experience to manage and drive clinical services, ensuring positive outcomes for clients while complying with national aged care standards and infection control.
The successful candidate will provide leadership support through their people management experience, business acumen, and ability to drive results that meet financial and budgetary goals. They will foster a culture of employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
This is a permanent full-time position requiring relevant qualifications, AHPRA registration, and prior experience in senior clinical and supervisory/management positions in the Aged Care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and drive clinical services to ensure positive outcomes for clients
* Ensure compliance with national aged care standards and infection control
* Provide leadership support through people management experience and business acumen
* Foster a culture of employee learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursing
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Prior experience in the Aged Care industry (preferred) in a senior clinical and supervisory/management position
