About The Role
* Opportunities are now open for first-year Apprentices in Electrical and Mechanical trades. Reporting to Senior Engineers, the ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, hands-on approach, and be prepared to effectively contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
If You Are The Successful Applicants, You Will
* Develop your knowledge and experience as a tradesperson by completing all aspects of formal and informal training associated with the Apprenticeship.
* Apply learnt knowledge and skills gained through training to enhance reliability, serviceability, and availability of mining equipment.
* Actively contribute to a safe work environment through hazard identification, incident reporting, and housekeeping.
* Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Engineering Team by developing into a high-performing tradesman.
About You
* Completion of schooling to Year 10 or equivalent.
* Sound computer and communication skills.
* A genuine interest in a Mechanical or Electrical Trade.
* Successful completion of a Certificate II Pre-Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical would be advantageous.
