Job Title: Guest Experience Expert


We are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Experience Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.




About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be the face of our hotel, greeting guests with a warm smile and providing them with top-notch service. You will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to enhance their stay.

Key Responsibilities



* Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

* Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all details are correct and up-to-date.

* Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that rooms are ready for guests in a timely manner.

* Operate the telephone switchboard, answering calls and responding to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.

* Supervise the maintenance of the lobby and public areas, ensuring that they are clean and tidy at all times.

* Prepare and serve beverages and snacks as required.

* Perform other duties as assigned by management.





Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



* A high school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.

* A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
