About the Opportunity
You will take the lead in delivering high-quality, innovative, and compliant early childhood education and care services across five sites.
Reporting to the Manager Family, Youth & Children, you will:
* Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team of educators, coordinators, and operational specialists
* Drive transformational change and continuous service improvement
* Champion a strong child-safe, inclusive, and high-performing culture
* Align services with evolving legislation, sector trends, and community needs
* Oversee operations, financial performance, and strategic direction
Key responsibilities
* Lead Business Operations, Pedagogy Leaders and Centre Coordinators
* Drive significant service improvement and cultural transformation
* Ensure full compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
* Strengthen and champion a robust child-safe culture
* Oversee operational systems and policies that lift service quality
* Deliver strong financial performance across all Family and Children's Centres
* Build collaborative partnerships to enhance community outcomes
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a passionate, strategic leader who thrives in complex environments and loves making a difference. You will have:
* Extensive experience in early years education and care
* Strong knowledge of legislation, policy, and regulatory frameworks
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* The ability to drive innovation, change, and service excellence
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
