Co-located with Findon High School, Findon Technical College is the first South Australian Technical College to open. Findon Technical College offers three industry training programs specialising in Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering, Early Childhood Education & Care, and Health & Social Support. The college partners with high-profile employers, training providers and higher education partners.
We are searching for an exceptional Industry Trainer to join our agile Health and Social Support team and make a positive impact on our students by supporting students to develop their industry knowledge and skills. This will include: development and delivery of a broad range of industry experiences in Health and Social Support identified through RTO and Industry consultation; monitoring and evaluating program delivery and student outcomes in the technical college; providing coaching and mentoring to students; liaison with industry to monitor relevant trends to identify emerging opportunities for learning activities;seeking out and developing career enrichment events and activities for students; developing and delivery of industry immersion activities for students to undertake within specialisation; providing information at careers evenings for students and parents and providing support to students in the facilitation of work placements and undertake regular employer site visits.-
