It's a once in a career opportunity to lead a brand new venue in a new direction. The Moreland Hotel is undergoing a multi-million-dollar transformation — and we're looking for an energetic & passionate Venue Manager to help lead the team and the venue into a new era. With a completely refurbished pub, this is your opportunity to build a new team, and drive the business forward with an F&B led operation. This role is made for a talented leader ready to make their mark. We're not just relaunching a pub — we're building a new brand and entity
A Day In The Life Of a Venue Manager
* Act as a role model and a visionary, creating passion and excitement around the guest experience, team development and business initiatives
* Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive the success of your team and Venue
* Empower and equip your team with the knowledge and tools required to achieve our high standards across all areas of the venue
* Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity to enable your team and guests to come as they are
What we need from you
* You know that passion, planning and problem solving skills are non-negotiables when it comes to nailing the guest experience
* You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience in a multi-faceted venue and love a fast-paced environment
* You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
* You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
